What: This trip was originally called 'St. Joe's Island Kayaking/Backpacking', but since there was no kayaking or backpacking involved, and since St. Joe's is actually a peninsula and we only spent a fraction of the trip there, and especially since the trip was completely awesome in every way, the title has been changed to the one above.
Activities:Stayed in a yurt at Torreya State Park, hiked every mile of trail in the park (about 15), camped primitively in the backcountry, drove to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, attempted to hike 7 miles to point and back, canoed across to St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge and searched for critters there, and explored the myriad caves and sinkholes of the Aucilla Sinks Trail.
