Paddling: Prairie Creek is a narrow, winding creek that runs from the south end of Newnan's Lake out into the prairie. It is somewhat technical with log-jumps and tight turns, and there is tons of wildlife. It is best accessed from Powers Park which is a few miles southeast of town on Hawthorne Road.
