Shuttle Launch Saga June 13th - July 15th

What: Our many attempts to see the space shuttle Endeavour launch

First attempt, June 13th: Hydrogen leak postponed the launch, group goofed off in Orlando instead

Second attempt, June 16th: Absurd number of people paddled out into Mosquito Lagoon at 5 in the morning - another hydrogen leak cancelled the launch, but excellent bioluminescence and some dolphin and manatee sightings

Third attempt, July 11th: 40% chance of good weather, made it as far as Palatka before hearing that it was cancelled, hiked around Ravine Gardens and paddled Salt Springs instead

Fourth attempt, July 12th: 40% chance of good weather, watched for it on the way back from scalloping, cancelled with a few minutes left on clock

Fifth attempt, July 13th: 40% chance of good weather, no effort made, cancelled with a few minutes left on clock

Sixth attempt, July 15th: Pending...

Trip Members: Frank, Jeff, and around 30 other people...
